Ordering and Dispatch
Our personalised gift boxes are made to order and are dispatched on the day of order. We deliver Monday to Friday. Please contact us, before ordering, if you would like any items to be delivered on a particular date.
UK Delivery
For mainland UK, the standard delivery charge (3 day delivery) is £3.99, expedited shipping (48 hour tracked) is £4.99 and next working day (24 hour tracked) is £8.99.
Orders over £25 enjoy free delivery.
International Delivery
For orders to Europe the standard delivery charge (3-5 day delivery) is £7.99. For all other countries the standard delivery charge (5-7 days) is £12.99.
Delivery
Orders are delivered by postal services or we will endeavour to request that parcels are left safe if there is no one to sign or receive your order. However this cannot be guaranteed as this is at the discretion of the courier or postal service. If you have any special delivery requirements please email us before placing your order.
Return and Refund Policy
You can return standard (non-personalised) items for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. If you wish to return goods, please contact us at sales@drbeekeeper.com to request a returns form and enclose this with your returned order. We recommend you use a carrier which provides proof of delivery for any returns made. Please ensure any returned items are sent with the original packaging. You would be responsible for the cost of returning the item unless the product is faulty or incorrect. We do not accept returns for personalised gift boxes.
