Peaches are in season and at their peak. This simple recipe is a great way to enjoy them!
Ingredients
- peaches halved
- honey and greek-style yoghurt to serve
Method
- Heat a griddle or heavy frying pan and grill the peaches for 2-3 minutes on both sidesĀ until soft and golden brown.
- Serve with a drizzle of your favourite honey and a dollop of the greek yoghurt.
